Ingham Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and details of the prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
  2. This competition is organised and promoted by Ingham Group Services (the Promoter). Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies and partners associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  3. The eligible entry period is detailed on the Social Media page. Any entries outside of these times and dates will not be accepted.
  4. The prizes are detailed in the Social Media post describing the competition.
  5. Unless otherwise agreed with the Promoter, the competition is open only to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older.
  6. To enter the promotion eligible entrants must comment on the Social Media post for the competition or follow the instructions on the Social Media page (if different). To qualify, the entrant must live within 40km of the dealership promoting the competition or within their PMA (Prime Marketing Area).
  7. Only one entry per member is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Entries will become void if false or misleading information is provided.
  8. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
  9. The winners will be drawn by random draw from the eligible entries as soon as possible after the close of the competition.
  10. Competition winners on the Promoter’s Social Media page will be notified in the comments section of the competition post and, where possible, also privately messaged via a Social Media channel. Winners will then be asked to provide their full contact details to the Promoter in order to arrange delivery or collection of the prize.
  11. Winners have 24 hours to accept the prize by responding to the private Social Media message or otherwise contacting the Promoter through the Promoter’s Social Media page. After the 24 hour period if no contact has been made, another entry will be drawn. The previous winner’s prize will be forfeit after the 24 hour period has passed. The Promoter will continue to draw winners every 24 hours until the prize has been claimed.
  12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Prizes are non-exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes with expiry dates are to be redeemed by winner(s) within the appropriate promotional dates. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost or expired vouchers and/or prizes.
  14. By entering you consent to disclosure and use of your names and submitted photos for public relations and promotional purposes relating to this competition.
  15. By entering a competition via the Promoter’s Social Media page you acknowledge that this promotion and/or any future promotions featured on the Promoter’s Social Media page are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the Social Media channel, and you fully release the Social Media provider from any liability or responsibility for the competition.
  16. The prize/item/offer must be personally collected by the winner, from the dealership hosting the giveaway. No prize will be couriered to the winner unless otherwise specified or agreed upon. A government-issued photo ID will be required at collection (NZ Driver’s licence, passport, 18+ card) and must match the profile name of the person entering the competition.
