1.           Promotion organiser
This promotion is conducted by Ingham Ford Taupō, 87 Tūwharetoa Street, Taupō.
2.           Promotion period
The promotion runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026. Referrals received outside this period will not be eligible for entry.
3.           Eligibility
Entry is open to existing Ingham Ford Taupō Trade Account, Capricorn and Smart Trade customers who are businesses located within New Zealand.
Employees of Ingham Ford Taupō and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4.           How to enter
Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for every new business they refer that successfully signs up for one of the following during the promotion period:
•             An Ingham Ford Taupō Trade Account
•             A Capricorn Account
The referred business must identify the referring business during the sign-up process for the referral to be valid.
5.           Entry limits
There is no limit to the number of referrals a business may make. Each successfully approved referral account will earn one additional entry into the draw.
6.           Prize
The prize include food and beverages for the winning business’s team, up to a maximum value of NZD $500 including GST.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Ingham Ford Taupō reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value if required.
7.           Prize draw
There will be three separate prize draws, with one winner drawn each month during the promotional period. Monthly draws will be conducted from all eligible entries received during that month. Entries do not carry forward into subsequent monthly draws. The winner will be drawn within 14 days. The winning business will be contacted by phone and/or email using the details held on file.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Ingham Ford Taupō reserves the right to redraw the prize.
8.           Responsible service of alcohol
Ingham Ford Taupō supports and promotes responsible alcohol consumption.
Any alcohol supplied as part of the prize:
•             Must only be consumed by persons aged 18 years or over.
•             Must comply with all applicable New Zealand laws and regulations.
•             Will not be supplied to minors.
•             May be substituted with non-alcoholic beverages at the winner’s request.
The winner is responsible for ensuring alcohol is consumed responsibly and safely by all attendees.
Ingham Ford Taupō reserves the right to modify the prize offering if required to comply with licensing requirements, venue policies or responsible host obligations.
9.           Privacy
Personal information collected during the promotion will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion, managing trade account applications and contacting winners.
Information will be handled in accordance with Ingham Ford Taupō’s privacy obligations and applicable privacy legislation.
10.        General
Ingham Ford Taupō reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, misleading or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Ingham Ford Taupō reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
