Ingham Service Plan

1. Agreement: These terms and conditions (Terms) set out the basis on which Ingham Dealerships (we, us) provide our Fixed Price Service Plan (Service Plan) to a purchaser (you) of an eligible vehicle from an Ingham Dealership.

2. Rights Additional: The Terms of this Service Plan do not affect and are in addition to any rights you may have at law, including under the CGA, Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA) or any right you may have under the purchase contract with us pursuant to which you purchased the vehicle.

*Vehicles still within their manufacturer’s warranty may also be eligible, however, these will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Vehicles must be maintained and serviced based on the manufacturer’s recommended service interval which may vary from the intervals recommended in clause 5. Additional servicing requirements or costs may apply to the customer to ensure the manufacturer’s warranty remains valid.
Ingham reserves the right to determine a vehicle’s eligibility at its discretion.

As service intervals are determined by both time and distance travelled, vehicles travelling more than 15,000 kilometres per year may utilise all three included services within a period of less than three years. At a minimum, the vehicle must be serviced every 15,000kms or once a year to comply with the Service Plan.

6. Term and expiry: A 45,000 kilometre limit currently applies to the overall Plan term, although individual services remain due at the 12-month / 15,000 km interval described in clause 5. Any services not used by the expiry date are forfeited and cannot be refunded, extended, or transferred.

(b) If the Vehicle is destroyed or written off, any unused services are forfeited and no refund is payable.

7. Warrant of Fitness Inspection (WoF):
(a) The Plan includes one WoF inspection only, which may be redeemed at any time during the term.
(b) The included WoF inspection covers the inspection fee only. Any repairs, replacement parts, adjustments, or remedial work required to obtain a WoF certificate are not covered by the Service Plan. (b) Complete any additional maintenance identified as necessary to keep the vehicle roadworthy, at your cost.
(c) Keep your certificate and provide your details when booking.

10.Transfer of Ownership: The pre-paid scheduled Service Plan is not transferable to any other vehicle and remains with the eligible vehicle regardless of ownership. Remaining services on a pre-paid scheduled Service Plan can be transferred to a new vehicle owner who acquires an eligible vehicle from the current owner. These Terms and Conditions apply in the event of transfer of the eligible vehicle from the current owner to the new owner. The current owner must notify Ingham when the vehicle is sold.
