Welcome Mike Esson – Our New Ingham West Auckland Branch Manager

We are delighted to welcome Mike Esson as the new Branch Manager at Ingham West Auckland our Nissan and pre-owned vehicle showroom.

Originally from Scotland, Mike has been passionate about the automotive industry from an early age. His love of cars naturally led him into automotive sales, where he built a successful career across a range of sales and management roles before relocating to New Zealand with his family.

Now with more than 12 years’ experience in New Zealand’s retail automotive industry, Mike has held a variety of senior leadership positions, bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience and fresh perspective to the Ingham team.

Having worked across international markets, Mike has developed a unique approach to building strong dealership brands and creating customer experiences that genuinely stand out. His focus is on ensuring every customer feels valued, understood and supported throughout their vehicle ownership journey.

Mike believes that exceptional service begins with listening to customers, understanding their individual needs, and providing solutions that build long-term trust and lasting relationships.

As Branch Manager, Mike is looking forward to leading the team, continuing to strengthen Ingham’s reputation for outstanding customer service, and helping deliver an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
