1.Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions. This competition may have additional terms and conditions and wherever possible the additional terms and conditions will be posted at inghamdriven.nz.

2.The promoter is Ingham Group Services (Promoter) of 450 Te Rapa Road, Te Rapa, Hamilton 3200
Promotion Period and how to enter
3.The promotion commences on 01/01/2023 and runs until 5pm on 31/05/2023 (Promotion Period) or until all 100 x Sante Fe Diesel Elite and Limited models are sold (whichever comes first).
4.To enter into the draw, the entrant must purchase one of the allocated Santa Fe Diesel Elite or Limited models from Ingham North Harbour, Ingham Hyundai or Taupo Hyundai.
4a. The Santa Fe must be new (previously unregistered), in existing stock and purchased at full MSRSP.
4b. Special order vehicles from Hyundai NZ, vehicles sold below MSRSP or vehicles returned to one of Ingham’s Hyundai dealerships’ ownership before the prize is drawn, are ineligible.
4c. Accessories, colour options and pre-sales modifications such as vinyl wraps or paint/blackouts will not affect eligibility so long as these are paid for by the customer and not provided pro bono by the dealership.
Eligibility to win a prize
4d. Manufacturer recalls, accident write-offs or warranty claims will not affect eligibility.
4e. If, during the competition period, the purchaser is entered in a legal dispute with Ingham Group in which it is likely or requested that the desired outcome may result in the vehicle being permanently returned to Ingham Group, the purchaser forfeits their eligibility and entry into the draw.
4f. The purchaser must be the registered owner of the vehicle at the time of the draw.
5. An entrant is a purchaser of an eligible vehicle who has completed the full transaction via any of the approved payment methods inline with the Promoters standard purchase terms and conditions. The nominated person must be a New Zealand resident and 18 years of age or older. If a winner is under 18 years of age, at the Promoter’s sole discretion, their prize may be deferred to a parent or legal guardian who is 18 years of age or older, who may be asked to sign an acknowledgement of their agreement to these Terms and Conditions, or, the prize may be awarded to another winner.
5a. Employees of Ingham Group and their immediate family members are ineligible to win the prize. It is an employee’s responsibility and that of the immediate family member/s to disclose this information to Ingham Group at the time of purchase should they purchase an eligible vehicle within the competition’s timeframe.
5b. No purchases through 3rd party fleet leasing companies will be eligible (Fleet Partners, Orix etc.)
Prize
6.Using a randomiser tool such as a tumble container or electronic randomiser, 1 eligible entrant will be selected as winner by 15/06/2023.
7.Prize for the winner is 1 x NZD $50,000.
8.The funds will be deposited into the winners chosen New Zealand bank account.
9. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable.
Selecting and notifying winners
10.The winners will be selected by the Promoter or its agent on 15/06/2023.
11.The winner will be announced via comments and stories on the respective social platform (Facebook / Instagram) by 16/06/2023. The Promoter will also contact the winner via the contact details stated on the vehicles purchase agreement. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the Promoter contacting the winner (including by leaving a voice mail or message) the winner will forfeit the prize and another prize winner may be selected at the Promoter’s discretion on the same terms as the original draw.
12.The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time, including the unlikely event that damage or stock availability of the selected Santa Fe models occurs outside of the Promoters control.
13.The Promoter’s decision is final and not subject to appeal. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the competition including eligibility the decision of the Promoter will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by the Promoter will be entered into.
14The Promoter is not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted following the draw due to out of date contact details or inactive being provided.
If prize becomes unavailable
15.Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss suffered by any entrant in the event that a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control. In this event, the Promoter may substitute a prize of its choice.
Verifying compliance with these terms
16.The promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of any entrant or winner (including identity, age, city/town of residence and place of employment) and to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Exclusion of liability
17. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion or with winning, redeeming or benefiting from the prize.

18. Entry details will be dealt with in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and these terms and conditions.
19. Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter in relation to this prize draw. Your personal information may be used to conduct this competition and for future promotional and publicity purposes in accordance with the Promoters Privacy Policy. By entering this competition you consent to the use of your personal information for purposes as described above.
