Design and Performance
The Tank 300 Hi4-T combines a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine with an electric motor and a 9-speed hybrid automatic transmission. The system produces a combined output of 300kW and 750Nm, delivered through GWM’s Hi4-T four-wheel-drive system with low-range gearing and locking differentials.

Despite its plug-in hybrid powertrain, the Tank 300 Hi4-T retains a braked towing capacity of up to 3000kg, reinforcing its suitability for trailers, boats and caravans. Drivers can select between electric, hybrid and petrol driving modes depending on conditions and usage.
Interior and Tech
Inside, the Tank 300 Hi4-T continues the blend of rugged design and modern technology seen across the Tank range. Expected features include a 360-degree camera system, adaptive cruise control, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity. Vehicle-to-Load functionality allows external devices or equipment to be powered directly from the vehicle, adding practical value for outdoor and work-focused use.
