Our Dealerships will be open at Alert Level 3.

In light of the latest COVID-19 development which moved us into Level 3, we will be operating within the strict health and safety guidelines outlined by the government. We would like to reassure you that we have done everything to prepare our businesses to operate safely again.

Under Alert Level 3, our Dealerships are open and operating a contactless service across all Departments including test-drives, vehicle valuations, servicing, technical support and of course Parts requirements – our Team will be just a phone call, video chat or click away to assist you with your motoring needs.

Despite these uncertain times and global shipment delays, we have been able secure a great number of new vehicles as well as an extensive range of Pre-Owned and Demonstrator models, available for delivery as soon as restrictions are lifted.

With our showroom doors closed for now, we would still love to see you even if our smiles are hidden behind protective masks. Please call the Dealership upon your arrival for further instructions.

Ingham Health and Safety procedures.

As the health and safety of our customers and staff remain our top priority, the following procedures are in place:

Contact tracing.

We will be digitally collecting contact details from all visitors to ensure that we comply with contact tracing guidelines. This includes a QR poster to allow customers to register on the Ministry of Health’s COVID-19 tracing app available at the front door. In addition, we require all visitors to scan our own “I’M HERE” QR code to ensure we can contact people without any delay, if necessary.

Sanitation.

All our customer-facing staff will keep their work areas sterilised as required and in addition to the daily sanitisation of all common areas and touchpoints carried out by our cleaners. Staff will sanitise their hands before accepting your keys, and keyless entry remotes will be placed in single-use bags. All surfaces within and around your vehicle will be sanitised after servicing. Please do not be offended if we ask you to sanitise your hands if handing over keys or using our eftpos terminal.

Loan Cars.

Subject to availability, please contact your Dealership for more information.

Dealerships may not be able to facilitate loan cars and Pick-up & Drop-off services during Alert Level 3.

Appointments.

Please ensure you book an appointment before arriving at our dealership. By doing so, you can help our efforts to follow social distancing guidelines. You can make your appointment by phone or email.

PPE.

Team members will continue to use approved Personal Protective Equipment.

Social Distancing.

Staff and customers are required to maintain appropriate social distancing as per the government’s guidelines.

Managed Entry.

The total number of people within our premises will be monitored and documented at all times.

Events.

All events have been postponed until further notice.

Contactless servicing and how it works:

  • Upon arrival our showroom doors may be locked but we are open and can provide contactless servicing & test drives and valuations..
  • To drop-off your vehicle, simply park near the service reception and please stay in your vehicle. We will call you on your mobile number provided and talk you through the next process. Please call us if you believe the team has not seen you arrive.
  • You will need to sign-in using our electronic register (for COVID-19 contact tracing). Please bring your phone to do this and follow the instructions provided.
  • We ask that only one person comes to drop-off and pick-up the vehicle.

Whilst we have been here before, the emergence of Delta brings up new concerns and a fresh wave of uncertainty for us all.
