Where can I service my vehicle?
With the Ingham Service Plan you can service your car at any of the following Ingham dealerships. We recommend booking your scheduled service well in advance to ensure you get your desired day and secure a courtesy vehicle if required.

Why should I choose a 3-year service plan instead of paying each year?
A 3-year plan locks in today’s servicing prices, meaning you’re protected from future labour, parts and inflation-related increases. It also makes budgeting easier because your scheduled servicing is already covered.
What vehicles are eligible for the service plan?
Our Service Plan is available for vehicles that are no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Vehicles still within their manufacturer’s warranty may also be eligible, however they will be assessed on a case-by-case basis as additional servicing requirements or costs may apply to the customer to ensure the manufacturer’s warranty remains valid.
What happens if servicing prices increase in the future?
Your service costs are locked in when you purchase the plan, protecting you from future price increases. Any additional work required is at your discretion.
Does a Service Plan help maintain my vehicle’s value?
Yes. A complete service history completed by authorised technicians can help support resale value and give future buyers greater confidence in your vehicle.
Can I transfer the Service Plan if I sell my vehicle?
Yes, Ingham Service Plans are transferable to the next owner, which can make your vehicle more attractive when it comes time to sell. We just require you to inform us of the new owners details.
What is covered by my vehicle service plan?
Your plan covers Ingham’s 35 point vehicle health check, including labour, oil, oil filter and a complimentary wash and vacuum. You also receive a complimentary WOF.
Do I have to return to the same Ingham dealership?
No. Your Service Plan can be used across participating Ingham dealerships, making servicing convenient and hassle free.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Your scheduled services included within the plan are covered. Any additional repairs, wear-and-tear items, or work outside the scheduled service requirements will always be discussed with you before any work is carried out.
* Service Plan terms and conditions apply and are available in the policy document from your local Ingham dealership.
* Standard Oil Service includes upto 5 litres for petrol and up to 7 litres for diesel and an aprox $30 retail oil filter. An advanced oil service and oil filter is available on request for an extra cost. Surcharges may apply for additional oil, specialty oils, oil filters exceeding the RRP, and vehicles requiring additional labour for inspection. Oil selection is at Ingham’s sole discretion and is based on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. In these cases, costs will be discussed with you. Ingham reserves the right to add or remove dealerships at its discretion.
Servicing Intervals: The Fixed Price Service Plan provides a total of three (3) scheduled services. Each scheduled service must be completed every 12 months or 15,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first, calculated from the vehicle’s most recent scheduled service, regardless of the date the Fixed Price Service Plan was purchased. As service intervals are determined by both time and distance travelled, vehicles travelling more than 15,000 kilometres per year may utilise all three included services within a period of less than three years. At a minimum, the vehicle must be serviced every 15,000kms or once a year to comply with the Service Plan.
Term and expiry: A 45,000 kilometre limit currently applies to the overall Plan term, although individual services remain due at the 12-month / 15,000 km interval described above. Any services not used by the expiry date are forfeited and cannot be refunded, extended, or transferred.
A.The Fixed Price Service Plan will commence on the date of purchase specified on the Service Plan Certificate and will expire on the earlier of:
(i) the date on which all three (3) scheduled services included under the Plan have been redeemed;
or
(ii) three (3) years from the date of purchase, provided that the final service may be completed within a tolerance period of up to one (1) month or 1,000 kilometres beyond the expiry date, whichever occurs first.
B. If the Vehicle is destroyed or written off, any unused services are forfeited and no refund is payable.
