Passenger Car or SUV
Ford Express New Vehicle Warranty 5 Years/Unlimited Kilometres
As a new Ford owner, you will receive a Ford Express New Vehicle Warranty* with your purchase. Includes Fiesta, Focus, Mustang, Puma, Escape, and Everest. For vehicles collected prior to 1 July 2018, please refer to the 3 year warranty below.
PHEV & BEV
Electrical Drivetrain Warranty 8 Years/160,000 km
For all Ford Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV) and Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), these are covered by the same Ford Express New Vehicle Warranty*.
The only difference is for the Electrical Drivetrain and Battery component, these are covered for 8 Years or 160,000 km (whichever occurs first) with battery degradation to 70% on passenger vehicles, and 65% battery degradation for Van and Cab Chassis vehicles.
Ford Transit and Ranger Post MY2019
5 Year/150,000km Warranty
Covers your Ford Transit and Ranger Post MY2019 vehicle against defects in factory materials or workmanship for the first 60 months or 150,000 kms.
Whichever comes first. Includes Transit Custom, Cargo, Tourneo and Ranger MY2019. For pre-MY2019 Ford Ranger, please refer to the 3 year warranty.
3 Year/100,000km Warranty
For Ford owners, who purchased their vehicles prior to 1 July 2018 and Ford Ranger pre-MY2019, you may refer to the link below (excludes Endura).
