Enjoy two more years of scheduled servicing with the Mercedes-Benz 4th and 5th Year Service Plan.

Mercedes-Benz customers already enjoy the reassurance of three years of complimentary scheduled servicing with eligible new vehicles. Now, the Mercedes-Benz 4th and 5th Year Service Plan offers the opportunity to extend that coverage for a further two years.

Available on eligible New Zealand-new vehicles up to three years from first registration, the plan provides greater certainty with standard scheduled servicing costs fixed upfront for the term of the plan. It also helps ensure your Mercedes-Benz continues to be maintained by trained technicians using genuine Mercedes-Benz service parts.

What’s Included?

The 4th and 5th Year Service Plan covers scheduled servicing in accordance with the Mercedes-Benz service schedule, including:

Computer diagnostic scan
Complete visual inspection
Engine oil replacement
Installation of genuine filters^
Replacement A/C dust filter (subject to service criteria)
Corrective adjustments specified within the Mercedes-Benz service schedule
Warrant of Fitness inspections (if required)

Scheduled services also include the lubricants and genuine service parts required under the Mercedes-Benz service schedule.

Confidence for the Years Ahead.

The extension keeps your scheduled servicing covered through years four and five, providing continuity well beyond the initial three-year period. And if your circumstances change, the plan is fully transferable and remains with the vehicle if it is sold, providing an additional benefit for its next owner.

The 4th and 5th Year Mercedes-Benz Service Plan is available for eligible new, demonstrator and used vehicles, with pricing varying by vehicle.*
