Get the most out of your Mercedes-Benz
Your Mercedes-Benz offers certain complimentary Digital Extras for up to 3 years from the vehicle handover date.*
Standard Digital Extras come pre-installed in your Mercedes-Benz—ready to use as soon as you step in. To begin the activation process, simply set up a Mercedes-Benz Account:
1. Create a Mercedes me ID
2. Agree to the Terms of Use
3. Link your vehicle to your Mercedes-Benz Account
4. Download the Mercedes-Benz App on your smartphone
Then please follow the steps below in the Mercedes-Benz App.
- Click the three-line icon on top left
- Click vehicle of choice
- Click ‘Manage Digital Extras’
- Click ‘Activate all services’
Depending on your vehicle’s capabilities, certain Digital Extras are complimentary for up to 3 years. You can confirm which Digital Extras are included via your personal profile on the Mercedes-Benz website.

Step-by-step guide – how to use Mercedes me and Digital Extras.
Step 1
Simply Register: Create a Mercedes me ID in Mercedes-Benz Portal, accept the terms and conditions.
Step 2
Pair your vehicle with your created Mercedes me ID to see which Digital Extras are available for the vehicle. In your vehicle head-unit, scan QR code in apps to pair vehicle.
Step 3
Activate all your Digital Extras to start using them. In your Mercedes-Benz App, click vehicle, manage Digital Extras and click ‘activate all’ Digital Extras to start using all the available features for your Mercedes-Benz.
Step 4
After activation, you are able to view and manage your Digital Extras and subscriptions in your customer profile or on the Mercedes-Benz App and even in the In-Car Store. Extend or purchase additional Digital Extras if they are offered for your vehicle in the Mercedes-Benz Store.

- Maintenance Management, you always have your service appointments in view and ensure the best possible safety and value retention for your Mercedes-Benz.
- With Accident Recovery and Breakdown Management, you have all the reassurance you need.

Upgrade your driving experience with Digital Extras—designed to let you operate, customise and enhance your vehicle directly from your smartphone.
Popular Digital Extras, such as Remote, Navigation, and the Guard 360° Package, are available for convenient extension via the Mercedes-Benz Store. Many Digital Extras are included from the time of activation, complimentary for up to 36 months.**
Availability depends on your vehicle model, selected features, year of manufacture, and country of residence.
After the initial term ends, you can easily renew your desired Digital Extras in the Mercedes-Benz Store or directly through the In-Car Store in your vehicle.

*The use of Digital Extras requires permanent acceptance of the Mercedes me ID Service Terms and Terms of Use for Digital Extras in their applicable versions, the permanent pairing of the vehicle with the Mercedes-Benz user account and, if applicable, the activation of the Digital Extras. Upon expiry of the term, the Digital Extras can be renewed for a fee in the Mercedes-Benz Store provided they are still offered for the corresponding vehicle at that point. In addition, the use of some Digital Extras requires separate customer-owned contracts with third parties (e. g. streaming, comfort data volume). Alternatively to comfort data volume, depending on the generation of your multimedia system, data volume must be available via Internet in the Car or, where possible, your own data volume will need to be used via tethering. Information on personal data processed for the use of Digital Extras may be found in the Digital Extra privacy policy. The connection of the communication module to the mobile network, including the emergency call system, depends on the respective network coverage and availability of the network providers.
^MB.CHARGE Public is available on all Mercedes-Benz EQS and EQE models purchased from an authorised Mercedes-Benz Retailer. A personal Mercedes me ID and agreement to all relevant terms of use are required to use the services. In addition, the vehicle must be paired with a corresponding user account and relevant services activated. Upon expiry of any complimentary terms, services may be available for renewal for a fee, subject to availability. Initial activation of the services is possible within 1 year of first registration or initial operation by the customer, whichever comes first.
