Purchasing more than one vehicle will affect the individual’s odds, but not affect other competitors’ odds. Any vehicle purchased by a customer and then refunded and returned to the dealership, damaged and written-off by insurance while in the dealership’s possession prior to the competition winner being drawn, or if a vehicle is subject to a manufacturer recall/repair in which the vehicle is written off prior to being purchased by a customer, will be entered into the draw blank, and is to be returned into the pool and a new winner selected if drawn from the pool at the time of winner-selection. Any damage, write-off or sale of an eligible vehicle after a customer has taken delivery of the vehicle will not detrimentally the customer’s eligibility in the competition.

Offer is valid from 7.30am 1 January 2023 until 5pm 30 April 2023, or until all 100 units are sold, what ever comes first. Vehicles eligible for entry are the Hyundai Santa Fe 2.2L diesel Elite and Limited from existing inventory in new (previously unregistered) state. The winner will be the purchaser of an eligible vehicle who has completed the full transaction via any of the approved payment methods mentioned (whether financed or paid upfront, and will from hereon out be referred to simply as the Winner. The Winner will receive a 50,000.00 NZD deposit into a New Zealand bank account under their name and provided by the Winner. This Winner (including their name) must be the same as that on the Vehicle Offer and Sale Agreement (VOSA) for the eligible vehicle and the winner must provide at least one valid method of contact of the following types; email, New Zealand landline number, New Zealand cellphone number. Should the winner opt for it, ‘cash’ in the form of physical currency can be provided, in-line with advertising material. However, a minimum of 2-4 weeks must be allowed to request, process and deliver the money. Bills will be in New Zealand currency, in no particular denomination size. Presentation of the physical cash prize will be done in the dealership the Winner purchased the eligible vehicle from. Both Ingham Group and the Winner must have no less than two witnesses to this transaction and all present parties and nominated witnesses must complete a signed form that will act as a receipt for the delivered amount and acknowledgement of the transaction’s completion. Once the cash has been handed over to the Winner, all care and responsibility for the cash falls entirely on the Winner and no compensation nor responsibility will be held by Ingham Group, its dealerships or any of its employees for loss, damage or theft of the cash once the cash has entered the Winner’s care. This competition is only available at participating Ingham dealerships representing the Hyundai brand (Ingham Hyundai, Hyundai Taupo or North Harbour Hyundai). The Winner must be a New Zealand Citizen, or Permanent Resident. Employees of Ingham Group, and their direct families, are not eligible to enter this competition. Ingham Group, its dealerships and its employees bear no responsibility for any tax, debt-collection or other such financial or legal obligations the Winner may encounter following the receiving of their prize. Once the last vehicle from inventory has been delivered to a customer, within 2 weeks and under one single, continuous video recording, all eligible vehicle registration plate numbers will be placed into a drum along with any blank plates accounting for written-off vehicles etc. to keep odds the same, and will be rotated no less than 10 times. One of the 3 eligible dealerships’ Dealer Principals or a dealership spokesperson/celebrity influence will be blindfolded and draw a number from the drum by hand. The winner will be read out and the registration shown to the camera. If the drawn registration is a blank, it will be returned to the drum, the drum rotated 10 times and another winner drawn in the same method. Once drawn successfully, the Winner will be notified by the given contact method/s provided on the VOSA and the video made public. If a response from the Winner is not received 5 business days from the drawing of the competition, or if at any time following the drawing of an eligible registration, it becomes apparent that the Winner is in breach of any of the aforementioned eligibility requirements, Ingham Group reserves the right to draw another Winner with no compensation to the initial Winner.
