The all-new 5th generation Hyundai SANTA FE has been announced as a finalist for New Zealand Car of the Year 2024. The latest SANTA FE model arrived at our Ingham Hyundai dealerships across Auckland, Hamilton, and Taupo earlier this year, offering cutting-edge technology, advanced safety features, and enhanced space.
Eleven vehicles from ten manufacturers have been announced as finalists for the prestigious 2024 New Zealand Car of the Year award. These vehicles were selected from a pool of all-new models launched in New Zealand over the past 12 months, reflecting the best of innovation, performance, and design in the automotive world.
Among the finalists is the all-new Hyundai SANTA FE, a well-deserved recognition for the fifth generation of this beloved family SUV. Known for its style, spaciousness, and versatility, the SANTA FE continues to impress both consumers and critics, recently earning a spot as a finalist for Driven’s Large SUV of the Year award.
Guild members across the country will evaluate all finalists through early 2025, judging each vehicle on criteria such as styling, interior design, ride quality, safety features, performance, value for money, and environmental impact.
The winner of the 2024 New Zealand Car of the Year will be revealed live on TVNZ One’s Seven Sharp in February 2025. Until then, we encourage everyone to celebrate the Hyundai SANTA FEs well-earned nomination—it’s a testament to the innovation and quality that makes it a Kiwi favourite.
